Chris Schafer, B.A. (Laurier), M.A. (Western), LL.B. (Osgoode Hall), is an Associate in the Advocacy Department and Government Relations Practice Group at the Ottawa Office of Gowling Lafleur Henderson LLP. He previously worked at the Fraser Institute, the Cato Institute, and the Office of the Leader of the Official Opposition. A published author, Chris has written several studies and articles on public policy and legal issues. Chris also sits on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Constitution Foundation.
